Processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") Centro Cornici Art Store (hereinafter the Company) wishes to provide the following information regarding the processing of your personal data.

1. Purpose of the treatment

4. Provision of data With regard to the provision of personal data we inform you that:

b) certain personal data relating to you are compulsory for the purposes of registration on the Site and your refusal to provide such data does not allow you to complete the registration procedure.

c) there are also your personal data which are compulsory in order to process the order and your refusal to provide them does not allow the establishment and/or continuation of the contractual relationship with the Company.

5. Communication and dissemination of data - Transfer of data abroad

a) The personal data collected for the achievement of the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 may be communicated, as far as their specific competence is concerned, to public administrations, for the performance of institutional functions, to banking institutions, to subjects specialised in the management of information and/or payment systems, to subjects who supply the goods and services offered by the Company, to subjects that carry out transport or shipping activities, to subjects the Company uses for promotional, advertising, marketing and communication activities, to legal and consulting firms, to subjects in charge of bookkeeping or auditing the Company's financial statements, to public authorities for the fulfilment of the law, to companies controlled by or connected to Centro Cornici Art Store

b) Your personal data will not in any case be disclosed except in anonymous form. Within the limits strictly necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship, your personal data may be communicated to third parties, such as, for example, suppliers of products and/or services, located both within the European Union and outside it.

6. Rights of the interested party

Pursuant to Article 7 et seq. of the Code, you have the right, among other things, to:

a) obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you and their communication in intelligible form.

b) obtain, from the Data Controller or the Data Processor, as identified below:
 i) information on the origin of the personal data, on the purposes and methods of processing, on the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments.
ii) indication of the identification details of the Data Controller and of the Data Processor(s), as well as, if applicable, of the representative designated by a foreign entity for the processing of data in Italy.
iii) indications of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of the data in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the state, managers or agents.

c) obtain:
i) the updating, rectification or integration of data concerning you.
ii) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
iii) certification to the effect that the operations as per points (i) and (ii) above have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

d) oppose, in whole or in part:
i) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection.
ii) to the processing of personal data concerning you, provided for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. The above-mentioned rights may be exercised either directly or through your appointee, in the forms provided for by Articles 8 and 9 of the Code. To exercise the above-mentioned rights, you must send a written request by ordinary mail to the Data Processor, as identified below.
