Introduction

1. These "terms and conditions" regulate the sale of products marketed by Centro Cornici s.a.s. (hereinafter Centro Cornici Art Store) with registered office in Via Basso Acquar, 6 37135 Verona (VR) Italy, registered in the Verona companies register with number: 02610410231 - Tax code and VAT number 02610410231, REA: VR 249151, and the use of the site www.myframelab.com.

2. Business relations are governed exclusively by the following terms and conditions, to the exclusion of any other agreement, unless agreed in writing.

3. All offers are always without obligation, in general, they are valid only until stock availability. Contracts of sale shall be deemed valid upon written confirmation or upon dispatch of the goods.

4. All prices on www.myframelab.com are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice. Centro Cornici Art Store is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the descriptions and names of the products.

5. For each order placed, Centro Cornici Art Store will issue an invoice for the material shipped. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order shall be used. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance of the same.

Conditions of sale

1. The contract stipulated between Centro Cornici Art Store and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Centro Cornici Art Store, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order. Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the customer. By placing an order in one of the ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and to fully accept these terms and conditions.

2. If the Customer is a final consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is completed, he will print or save an electronic copy of these terms and conditions.

3. Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, is excluded.

4. Finally, we remind you that Centro Cornici & Art Store will return the full amount of money by bank transfer to the customer if, after the purchase is completed, errors are found by Centro Cornici & Art Store in the descriptions and pricing of the items without the obligation to ship the goods purchased by the customer. By placing an order in one of the ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and to fully accept these terms and conditions.

How to purchase

1. The Customer may only purchase the products present on www.myframelab.com at the time the order is sent, as described in the relative information sheets. The technical information and support for the purchase entered on www.myframelab.com are intended as mere general information material.

2. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Centro Cornici Art Store by means of a reply sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the 'Date of receipt' and 'Order Number', to be used in any subsequent communication with Centro Cornici Art Store. The message contains all the data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify their correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. In the case of non-acceptance of the order, Centro Cornici Art Store undertakes to promptly contact the Customer.

3. On the site www.myframelab.com the availability is indicated next to each product. Since the simultaneous access of many users and the simultaneous possibility of online orders change the availability of the product, Centro Cornici Art Store cannot guarantee the certainty of allocation of the goods ordered.

4. On certain products, subject to promotions, Centro Cornici Art Store reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantities, subject to prior notice and acceptance by the customer, in the absence of which the order must be considered cancelled.

Payment methods

The payment is expected in advance using credit cards, PayPal, MyBank or by bank transfer.

1. Credit Card
a) In case of purchase of goods with payment by credit card, at the conclusion of the online transaction, the bank of reference shall authorize only the commitment of the amount of the purchase made.
b) The credit cards accepted are all those that support the Visa and Mastercard circuits. The amount relating to the goods delivered is charged to the Customer's credit card at the time of the actual delivery of the goods ordered.
c) Centro Cornici Art Store reserves the right to request additional information from the customer (e.g., landline phone number) or to send a copy of the documents proving the ownership of the card used. In the absence of the requested documentation, Centro Cornici Art Store reserves the right not to accept the order.
d) In case of cancellation of the order, Centro Cornici Art Store will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount. In no case can Centro Cornici Art Store be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by the delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the bank.

2. PayPal
a) In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, at the conclusion of the order the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page.
b) The amount of the order is debited from your PayPal account at the time the order is placed.
c) In case of cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded to the Customer's PayPal account. In no event shall Centro Cornici Art Store be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by the delay in the failure to release the amount committed by PayPal.

3. Bank transfer in advance
In the case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order will be sent only when it has been credited to the account of Centro Cornici Art Store, which must take place within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order will be considered automatically cancelled. The reason for the bank transfer must include the order number that is issued in the order confirmation email. Once the order has been defined, you will receive a confirmation email, in which the bank details will be indicated. Shipping

Goods purchased on our site are available for international shipping.
Shipping and handling rates will depend on the country of destination of the merchandise.

Our applied shipping rates are as follows:
Italy : €9,90 - Free from €99.00 - (3/5 working days).
Europe : from €15,90 (5/10 working days).

The delivery of purchased products is made by express courier.
Once you have reached the cart page you can view the shipping costs applied according to the chosen destination.
The rate applied to the purchase will then also be displayed in the checkout page.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the invoice.
b) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or, in any case, altered.

The goods travel at the Customer's risk.
Any disputes must be reported immediately to the courier who makes the delivery.

Note : Delivery times for aluminium frames (Nielsen) are 10 working days throughout Italy and Europe.
For remote areas (islands, mountain areas) there is a surcharge on shipping which will be indicated in your order if your postcode is part of these special areas.

Right of withdrawal

1. Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of the Consumer Code, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to Centro Cornici Art Store a VAT number), he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without penalty and without prejudice to what is indicated in point 3 below.

2. In order to exercise this right, the Customer must make a request for withdrawal by sending the form, which can be found attached to the goods, by registered letter with notification of receipt within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to Centro Cornici Art Store Via Basso Acquar, 6 37135 Verona You may expedite the procedure envisaged by the right of withdrawal by sending the aforementioned form to the e-mail address order@myframelab.com or fax number 045 848 5398.

3. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
a) the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, tools, etc.).
b) the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are produced to the customer's specifications. These goods can not be returned for reasons that exclude our responsibility, such as, for example, in the case of a request for a product with incorrect measurements. c) the purchased goods must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, etc..); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box.
d) the goods subject to exercise of the right of withdrawal must be returned in a normal state of preservation: we will not accept products that show signs of damage or dirt and therefore can no longer be considered intact.
e) shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the customer.
f) the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
g) Centro Cornici Art Store is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

4. Centro Cornici Art Store will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, in the shortest time possible and in any case within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, upon receipt of the goods subject to withdrawal, by transferring the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, it will be the responsibility of the customer to promptly provide the bank details (cod. IBAN / BIC) on which to obtain reimbursement.5. The right of withdrawal lapses completely, for lack of the essential integrity of the good (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Centro Cornici Art Store determines:
a) the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging.
b) the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, tools and utensils, manuals, parts, etc.) or anomalies to the product itself.
c) damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
d) a state of dirtiness of the product due to its use, which has compromised its integrity.

Guarantees

1. All products sold by Centro Cornici Art Store are covered by a 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02. In order to benefit from the assistance under warranty, the Customer must keep the documentation he/she will receive together with the purchased goods.

2. The warranty of 24 months pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the same is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the attached documentation. This warranty is reserved only forPrivate consumer. In case of lack of conformity, Centro Cornici Art Store will provide, without cost to the customer, the restoration of conformity of the product by repair / replacement or reduction of the price, until the termination of the contract.

3. In the event that, for any reason, Centro Cornici Art Store is not able to replace a product under warranty (restored or replaced), it may proceed, with the consent of the customer, to replace the product itself (if still in the price list) or with another with the same characteristics andvalue.

4. No damage can be claimed from Centro Cornici Art Store for any delays in repair or replacement of products under warranty.

5. In cases where the application of guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, to limit damage to the original package, it is recommended, when possible, to put it in a second box, should be avoided in all cases, the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original product packaging.

Any complaints must be addressed to Centro Cornici Art Store - Via Basso Acquar, 6 37135 Verona (VR) Italy, using the form sent with the goods, which must be sent by registered mail with return receipt within 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Jurisdiction and applicable law

The sales contract between the customer and Centro Cornici Art Store is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of the contract of sale at a distance, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of reference of his town of residence. In all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Verona.

Final provisions

In the event that any clause of this contract is declared wholly or partially null and void, the other clauses of the contract will remain valid.
